Createc respects your right to privacy and comply with obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). The purpose of this Website Privacy Policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting this website. Naturally, if you are not happy with this Website Privacy Policy you should not use this website. By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this Website Privacy Policy. Types of Information Collected

We retain two types of information:

Personal Data:

This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, company name, address, email address, telephone no. Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us.

Non-Personal Data:

Like most website’s, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our website. This Non-Personal Data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example, user IP addresses where they have been clipped or anonymised, browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.

Job Application and Employment:

If you send us information in connection with a job application, we may keep it for up to one year in case we decide to contact you at a later date.
If we employ you, we collect information about you and your work from time to time throughout the period of your employment. This information will be used only for purposes directly relevant to your employment. After your employment has ended, we will keep your file for up to six years before destroying or deleting it.

Purposes for which we hold your Information

Non-Personal Data:

We use the Non-Personal Data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise our website. Failure to provide, when requested, appropriate data may result in us being unable to provide a requested service.

Personal Data:

We will process any Personal Data you provide us to: (1) assist you accessing information stored on the Createc website; (2) provide you with the goods or services you have ordered; (3) contact you if required in connection with your order or to respond to any communications you might send to us;

Personal Data Retention Schedule:

By law we have to keep basic information about customers and their contact details for a minimum of 6 years for tax purposes.

We only store your information for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was obtained or for any additional purpose we have explained to you. We also implement policies to regularly audit the personal data we hold to ensure we do not retain any personal data for longer than we are entitled to.

Updating, Verifying and Deleting Personal Data
